Shipping:
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order, and it has been sent to be picked, packed, and shipped.

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. All consumers are required to abide by state and local laws.

Estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-2 business days.

Estimated delivery from when the order is placed is 3-5 business days.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Return Policy
We believe in our products, and we at SAGA use them ourselves on a daily basis. However, if you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from www.sagabev.com, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase (items or merchandise that have been opened, used, or altered will be handled on a case-by-case basis).

All incoming returns are tracked, so before sending a shipment back to us please contact our customer support with the details of your inquiry. If you send an item back without contacting our support we will be unable to issue you a refund. Once approved, returns can be sent back to us at:

Once the shipment is received, we will be able to issue you a refund for the subtotal of your order, deducting any discounts used for the purchase. Please include the name that the order was placed under in or on the package, along with your order number.
